I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis and had been suffering from constant pain and discomfort for a long time. It had become very distressing and was affecting my day-to-day life. After consulting Dr. Vikas Tyagi, I finally found the right direction. He carefully went through my reports, explained my condition in detail, and gave me the best treatment route instead of only relying on medicines for temporary relief. He also suggested physiotherapy at his clinic with Dr. Sonia, who is excellent. She guided me with the right set of exercises and therapy sessions that have helped me strengthen my neck and back without increasing my pain. I was suffering from acute pain in my left wrist due to some lifestyle issue for more than months when I visited NPMC.
